   Proposal Description:
   The current study will provide a method of determining global cognitive functioning and longitudinally tracking cognitive change. The total score for the UDS battery will be derived from data provided by those participants determined to be cognitively normal at baseline. The baseline UDS total score of those participants presumed to be cognitively normal will be examined longitudinally to determine whether baseline performance is predictive of subsequent transition to MCI or dementia.
